Downstream Intern - Paris
PFC Energy is seeking an intern to support its Downstream Group operations in Paris. The ideal candidate will have excellent research and writing skills, as well as strong quantitative and analytical skills. The successful candidate will be expected to offer research and production support on both subscription and consulting projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an undergraduate or graduate student to pursue professional growth as a supporting member in an established firm. Training on the oil industry value chain will be offered.

Chemical Engineer - Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing the downstream & petrochemicals industry including:
- Researching market trends, competitive environments, and the strategy and competitive position of major industry players
- Assessment and written analysis of key industry players, markets, and sector trends
- Contributing to business development and the creation of new client relationships

Oil and Gas Supply Analyst, Upstream & Gas Consulting
PFC Energy is seeking an Oil and Gas Supply Analyst for its upstream and gas consulting practice. This position will play an important role in maintaining and developing field, basin, and country-level oil and gas supply models, as well as, assist on a variety of technically focused consulting engagements. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with a fundamental understanding of the technical drivers in Upstream oil and gas.
Responsibilities include:

Senior Market Analyst
PFC Energy seeks a director to lead its Oil and Gas Market Analysis practice in Washington, D.C. Heading a team of market analysts, the director will manage the oil and gas forecasting practice. As such, the director will be expected to formulate rigorous, in-depth and innovative views on the future direction of oil, gas and product markets in the short, medium and long term, and articulate these views through a series of bespoke analytical services to PFC Energy's clients. The director will also work with the other group managers to shape PFC Energy's global petroleum sector risk analysis studies.
The successful candidate will have at least ten years experience as an oil or natural gas market analyst.
In addition, the successful candidate will have:
- A proven track record of detailed, forward-looking and creative analysis of oil markets and the energy industry more broadly

The ideal candidate will have interest in the energy sector, excellent research ability as well as a proficiency in Microsoft Excel (medium to advanced level required). Background on energy-oriented education a plus. The successful candidate will be expected to aid on research, update market information and analytical models, analyze large amounts of data and work on ad hoc projects as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or current student to establish professional growth as a supporting member in an established firm. The preferred candidate would start at earliest availability. This is a paid internship.
