PFC Energy may record limited information associated with user navigation and/or searching and use that information to, among other things, solve technical problems with the service and to calculate overall usage statistics. PFC Energy may also use data it collects for editorial and feedback purposes, for a statistical analysis of users' behavior, for product development or improvement, or to customize the content and layout of the PFC Energy website. PFC Energy will not disclose to third parties any information relating to client user activity except to the extent necessary to comply with applicable laws or legal processes. 

 

 

 

All ownership rights, including copyright and other rights, relating to all publications and products issued as part of PFC Energy services, belong exclusively to PFC Energy. PFC Energy information and materials are provided for the sole use of PFC Energy Clients. Distribution to third parties requires the prior written approval of PFC Energy. Client Users are not permitted to allow any other person or entity to share their user name or password, or to allow unauthorized users to have access to the PFC Energy website for any reason. Any breach of the foregoing restrictions may result, at PFC Energy's option, in the termination of a specific user's access, and/or Client company's access, to the PFC Energy website. PFC Energy may, in its sole discretion, change or modify user passwords from time to time.
